Idaho Pasture Pigs
Idaho Pasture Pigs are grazing pigs thrive on a combination of grass and grain, without the destruction that usually accompanies a pig of this size. It features the beautiful dark, marbled meat, kissed with a sweetness from its penchant for grass. This pork is not the other white meat, it is a whole new culinary experience.
Our pigs are have ample space for grazing and exploring our woods. The supplemental feed they receive is Non-Gmo, Corn Free, and Soy Free. When available they are supplemented with whey from a local, raw, grass-fed dairy.
Heritage Poultry
The foundations for our laying flocks are all purchased from small independent breeders. We have sought out some of the best breeders around the country to build a quality foundation for our breeding stock. We have avoided hatcheries because we need to know that all of our birds have gentle and steady temperaments, excellent health, and finally breed adherence to breed standards. Our roosters are the pride of our flocks and only those with the most gentlemanly manners are allowed.

All of our animals are raised for our family first and to the standards we value most. We work our farm with a regenerative silvo-pasture model. Most of us know to make sure our food has not been exposed to GMO’s or Soy, but what about the vaccines they have been exposed to or mineral supplements. It’s the little questions that you don’t even know to ask that add up.
We focus on the details even down to the fly spray, though it costs more and requires more effort our fly spray is essential oil based instead of chemicals.
